Family Support Services: The MOMS Helpline is committed to improving pregnant women’s access to early and regular prenatal care and connecting them with a network of prenatal and child health care services within their local communities, state agencies and other organizations around Indiana.

Family Support / Crisis Services: IDCS protects children who are victims of abuse or neglect and strengthens families through services that focus on family support and preservation. Family Services & Nutritional Assistance: Establishing eligibility for Medicaid, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families benefits. The division also manages the timely and accurate delivery of SNAP and TANF benefits. DFR also provides employment and training services to some SNAP and TANF recipients.

Senior Support / Family Support / Energy Assistance: Northwest Indiana Community Action provides services to the low income, elderly & disabled community and has done so for over fifty-four years. One of the key services we provide is Information and Assistance Services, which connects individuals with various community resources.
